Been living at Keele house for the last years of my university course. The friendly staff and welcoming environment helped make the more challenging years of my course much easier and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone!
It’s really good in Keele House I’m enjoying my time here Claire and Sue and really helpful, they patiently help with every concern and query I raised. The maintainability is up to the mark. Would certainly recommend for any student looking for a house (with affordable and good rent) to become their home.
It was a great 2 years staying at Keele house and I couldn't have wished a better accommodation to reside at during my studies. The staff are amazing and always willing to help, no matter how big or small the task. The rooms are quite spacious and if anything ever goes wrong, it'll get fixed ASAP. The only flaw I'd give to the accommodation is not the accommodation itself but the WiFi provider used, the WiFi isn't the best but can't fault the team.
I’ve stayed at Keele House for 1.5 years. This was a great place to live, everything you need is in a 10 min walk radius. Susan, Claire, and Vivian- the property managers are extremely nice, and supportive. They assist with anything that needs fixing and get it done right away, they also leave tasty snacks every morning for us to take, and ensure the cleanliness and security of the property is appropriately met. The deluxe flat I live in is very comfortable and spacious as well. The gym at keele house is also very convenient, and well-kept. Overall, I’ve greatly enjoyed my stay at keele house and its made my academic journey less stressful.
Room is the same as shown on the website. Management staff are approachable, kind and helpful towards many of the issues faced during my stay. Would recommend for master students looking for a good studio.
I have stayed here for the past two academic years. The gym facility is great and its open 24 hours which really suited me. The staff have been excellent as they solved any issues promptly which have arisen. Overall I have enjoyed my stay here.
I couldn't have had a better experience than the one I have had presently at Keele House. Not only is my room one of the nicest I've lived in alone but the staff here are beyond words. Maintenance is very efficient not to mention the reception is one of a kind and have dealt not only with my problems but with every other residents problems professionally but friendly as well. I have never felt unsafe or unwelcome in this accommodation, and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else so highly. Thank you so much, Keele House and especially Claire Sue and Viv!
I’ve spent all 3 years of my degree living at Keele House and I’ve had the best experience here. It’s in a fabulous location with easy access to public transport (especially for university links to both Keele and Staffordshire universities) and the quality of the accomodation is brilliant. I’ve never had any issues here which is why I decided to rebook each year. On top of that, the staff at Keele House are so kind, warm and helpful all the time. They really make my time here a happy one.
