   Cancelled taxi, driver then turned up i said that I hadn't cancelled taxi and I had previously rung them to cancel and driver was asking me for 45 pound and swearing at me He said I will take 30 as ive let you off 15 pound and he said to me he wouldn't leave my address till he gets paid. Last time I checked you only pay for a taxi when they take you somewhere DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

2. Spam Junk ★☆☆☆☆

   Rude on the phone. Always late to collect my son to take him to school and leave him waiting at the school gates to come home. The previous school transport provider was much better than this one. I have asked the council to change providers because of the amount of stress and disregulation this one causes. If there was a professionalism for being rude and unhelpful, they’d be top in their field.

   I would give them 0 star if I could! Very unreliable company! I had an appointment with my midwife as I am pregnant and I prebooked them in the morning to ensure I am not going to have any issues and everything will run smoothly with my appointment. I booked them for 2:30 and I called at 2:35 to ask where my taxi is and they told me he was stuck in traffic and it would probably be another 10-15 minutes. I missed my appointment because of them being unreliable and the next appointment the midwife has is in 5 weeks! Absolutely disgusting!

   Booked a taxi at 1:30am was told 15 mins....waited 30 mins and called them back and told 15 mins again! 15 mins later I received a text from the driver stating they needed payment before pick up! Called the office to sort the issue out and told the driver was literally only 5 mins away and was told to "put his foot down" was sent a text to track the taxi to find he was actually going to be another 21 mins but had been sat in the same place for 10 mins! taxi cancelled after waiting nearly 1 hr 30 mins
