   Parcel pending. Having had to call them after the delivery never turned up, I was informed the van had broken down. Told I would be called back within half an hour for an update. I called them after an hour and a half of waiting and I was told the parcel would not be delivered today and someone would need to be at home tomorrow instead. I suspect I wouldn't have been informed of this, had I not called them. No issue with the breakdown, or even rescheduled delivery, but it's not difficult to keep people updated.
