I organise a lot of couriers via Deadline for my company and whilst our experience has been very mixed, I'd like to highlight the wonderful service we always receive from Ivan Dickinson. Ivan is always professional and kind. His service is always very efficient and nothing is ever a problem for him. He is doing a stellar job in always keeping the company standards at the highest level possible. All my colleagues who had a pleasure to interact with Ivan share the same sentiment. Whilst some other Deadline employees are also helpful, Ivan stands out in the most positive way and we believe he deserves praise and recognition. :-)

I recently used Deadline couriers for a sensitive collection, I googled "couriers who care" as that is what I needed, and I was not disappointed - David Austin in particular was extremely kind and helpful, offering to personally ensure this collection & delivery was handled with care. Everything went perfectly and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be using them for any courier needs in future.
Parcel was collected promptly on the 12th August 2022. I ordered / paid for, and expected an (!), an overnight delivery. However, parcel was not delivered until the 19th August 2022, A FULL WEEK LATER .. !!! WHY WAS’NT I WARNED .. ?? This is the first time I have used “Deadline”, likely to be the last !

Consistent professional and friendly service when booking with the refrigeration courier department.
