   Accommodation here is great for students to gain their independance and being close to university. It is in an ideal location next door to Lyme Valley park, close to Newcastle, Staffs and Keele uni. Its handy having the communal lounge for meeting others and studying, also having access the gyms onsite. Reception, cleaners and maintenance staff are all friendly and approachable.

   One London Road – Newcastle-under-Lyme I’ve been living at One London Road, and overall, it’s been a lovely experience. The accommodation itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and well-maintained. The studios are really cute and comfortable, perfect for students who want a bit of independence while still having access to great communal facilities. The location is ideal — close to Keele University and easy to get around Newcastle-under-Lyme. The parking spaces are convenient, and I really appreciate the on-site gym and communal lounge, which make it easy to unwind or meet other students. The management team are genuinely kind and approachable, and the cleaning staff are always friendly and do a great job keeping the place spotless. It’s clear that the staff really care about creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents. There are a few things that could be improved, such as the out-of-hours response service, which can be a bit slow at times, and the occasional nighttime noise from passing cars, which can get quite loud. But apart from that, the experience has been positive. It’s a great accommodation overall — calm and peaceful during the day, with everything you need right on site. I’d definitely recommend One London Road to students who want a comfortable and stylish place to live while studying in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

   Really good place to live as a student. Rooms are clean, modern, and have everything you need. Staff are friendly and always help out fast. It’s close to uni and town, and the social areas make it easy to meet people. Feels safe and comfortable — definitely recommend One London Road!

   I’ve officially moved in and honestly couldn’t be happier! The room is even bigger than I expected and already feels like home. Chloe, the manager, has been amazing — super supportive and always quick to help with anything I’ve needed. Lee, the handyman, has been great too, sorting out everything quickly and professionally. The rest of the staff have been really kind and welcoming, which made settling in so much easier. Big thanks to everyone for making the move-in experience such a smooth and comfortable one!

   Can’t fault One London One accommodation. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Very convenient for med/nurse/paramedic students as it is located a 5 minute walk from the hospital, and a 5 minute walk from the high street. Great facilities including roof tops and a gym. The staff, especially Tallulah and George, are very attentive and are quick to respond to any concerns.

   After spending here 6 months , I was planning to move but after negotiating with the new manager Tallulah and expressing my issues and concerns , she listened to me and sort everything. She is really very helpful and nice. Now I am planning to rebook , it's a nice place, comfy rooms and I recommend others to book and enjoy. Tallulah is doing hard work, she is the right person in the right place. Appreciated and grateful for her and the whole team.

   Accommodation is warm enough during winter times, Room given to me is overlooking the park which I requested previously. Block 2 is a good and calm place to live especially if you are NHS staff and you have night shift and need time to rest post duty. Tallulah the new manager is an approachable person and always ready to answer all your concerns with respect and professionalism

   Worst experience I’ve had first of all sleep is almost impossible due to other people screaming and running around the corridors at stupid times of the night. Staff have been alerted yet nothing seems to be done other than sending emails about it which just get ignored. They promise Cashback incentives when booking but never actually pay it they just say they will look into it and never get back to you. Clearly just false advertisement!!! There are four blocks about to be five and yet there is only one small gym for everyone to use and only 2 washers and dryers between 100 people in a block so you have to take pot luck when you can wash your clothes. The staff are rude and are never at the front desk to receive parcels or when you need help with something. Would not recommend this place at all.

   WORST experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I had a numerous amount of problems here, firstly my mail was missed placed by reception twice within my first 2 weeks of moving in, and nothing was done about it and I never received my packages! They advertise having a free gym, when I went for the first time, all of the treadmills were broken, the TV was taken off the wall, there was rubbish everywhere, the weights were not matching and the ceiling is so low you hit your head if you try doing a pull up. The front doors have codes that they have decided to randomly change and if you are not aware you get locked out, which has happened to me. I asked the receptionist for help with an issue and she was extremely rude to me and discriminatory. When I asked to speak with the property manager I was told I was not allowed to have any contact with her. The customer service is terrible and they take advantage of students for being young and naive. There was an issue with my shower and I therefore could not use it until it was fixed. It took them 3 weeks to finally come and fix it and in that time I could not shower and I had to shower at my friends. The way they handle situation is unprofessional and rude! I definitely do NOT recommend. Save your money and frustration and please go stay elsewhere!!
