Had a viewing with Brad today, he was absolutely amazing. He was professional but easy to talk to and he couldn't have been more helpful answering our questions. Our dealings with Bridgfords have been amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much to ask for their agent ( Sarah Hazeldine) who went out of her way to help us from finding the property for us, arranging a viewing to fit around our work schedule right through the vetting process and finally the contract completion. If I could I would give you 0 stars. My roommate and I were very displeased with Bridgfords services. They fooled us into renting an apartment that had multiple issues- beginning with the Kitchen, moving on to the heater and bathroom. Over the year, we had a leak in the apartment upstairs which spread to our ceiling yet nothing was fixed. My bathroom faucet broke, they let the water run for 48 hours- only then someone came to fix and stop it. They took 1 month to fix the repair- I was left to my own devices. I had to take a bucket shower for 1 month straight. Lastly, as we left the apartment we did a professional deep clean- yet were made to feel horrible and they kept our deposit to 'fix' certain aspects. However, they have not provided us with a receipt for said issues. HORRIBLE SERVICE- Do not fall into their trap.
Emma, Martine and Darcy have been really helpful, professional, kind and informative. I commend the lettings team for their stellar customer service and hard work. Property was let in just a couple of days on the market. Well done!
After purchasing a property that took nearly 7 months to completion, Bridgfords through difficult times and staff changes still provided a Good Service. Good communication, calls returned and always handled in a friendly manner, in particular Trish. Would definitely recommend.
I can’t recommend Bridgfords enough! We recently purchased our new house with them and they made the whole process as stress free as possible throughout. Patricia was a star and kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, maintaining open lines of communication with all parties and answering any enquiries that we had in a timely manner. You hear a lot of horror stories about Estate Agents these days, however working with Bridgfords was a refreshing change and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property.
