I used to receive a parcel from my company regularly even when I was not at home. But this Smart DPD delivery driver didnt bother to slide the parcel this one time even though I told him that there is space between the door to slide the parcel through. The name of the driver is Manpreet and thats why I have to go an collect the parcel and spend my own money and time on doing so. Hopefully DPD includes a basic training course for someone like Manpreet.
