   We have just brought our first house and I can not fault Bridgfords. Since day 1 the communication was amazing, constant updates and they were always there even when I felt as though the questions were rather silly. Mitch and Mayah were so patient ! Their customer service was also outstanding. Would definitely recommend them !! The box we received upon completion was a nice touch. Overall I could not fault them one bit !

   AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. Can't complete my purchase until then.

   I honestly can’t recommend Bridgfords enough! From the moment Alex came round, her energy and enthusiasm for my house were unmatched. We had two other local agents round, but Alex beat them by a mile – she genuinely cared and made me feel confident right from the start. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Mitchell was brilliant with always keeping me updated, chasing solicitors every week, and ringing even if there wasn’t anything new to report. Despite being the branch manager, Alex also made sure to stay in touch throughout, which meant so much and really showed how invested she was in my sale.    I would highly recommend Davina and the team at Bridgfords Alsager for anyone looking to sell their house. From the very start when I called to book the valuation, right up to the completion date, the service has been excellent! Any queries have been dealt with quickly and communication has been fantastic. At the valuation stage we felt Davina was very knowledgeable, had such a positive and enthusiastic attitude, she was definitely the best person to sell our house! Viewings were booked in quickly and easily and once we received an offer the team took over and guided us through the process. We were also introduced to a mortgage advisor and solicitor through countrywide, both have delivered a service which has exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend the whole package!

   Really good experience with this estate agent. The staff were friendly and responsive. The alsager purchase meandered at a few points but all the while this team acted professionally and (in my opinion) in the end got their seller an excellent price! The score would have been higher but for the sign staying up for 6 wks after purchase..

It was a very complex sale, as there was a big chain.
