During our recent valuation I was blown away by how much care and attention Lee took, he was here for almost an hour, it didn’t feel rushed at all.

I don't know why anyone would use this estate agents - they are rude to potential customers, and to buyers. My personal experience buying a property was being told to pull out, as they had other buyers lined up who had sold via Priory, when the delay ended up costing an extra £5k due to a change in stamp duty. My mother in law has been in floods of tears today due to the rude way they have spoken to her, after enquiring about a property. There are other properties she wants to view via Priory, having already got offers on her property, but the whole experience has put her off dealing with Priory when buying a property. Thankfully there are competitor estate agents in Biddulph that provide a much higher quality of customer service

As first time renters, due to a work move and delayed sale of our property, I do hope this isn’t the general service that renters have to endure. POV: Unresponsive, several issues that were reported were never resolved while we lived there. Inflexible, I had to make a 450 mile round trip to sign paperwork on a Friday as the agent couldn’t find someone else in the office, or make a brief 5 min trip into the office on the Saturday that we moved in. Rude and fairly unhelpful. Took them two weeks after we moved out to approve the return of our deposit and I’m not sure they even did a final inspection, after I spent a whole day cleaning! They only approved because we threatened to go through the legal process to get our money back. I glad we got into our own house, won’t be renting in again if possible.
