   Terrible service and dirty shop. They leave customers waiting in long queues with 1 till open, whilst the other staff member watches on. Staff are always miserable, unhelpful and rude. Never had an issue sending via Evri but always been a problem when I've collected, they even sent my parcel back to sender when it was still within the time limit to collect. Thankfully a new evri parcel shop has opened closer to me now so I'll never have a reason to go here again. The post office near to the petrol station round the corner does evri so I would suggest anyone go there instead.

   Tried to return something using the evri drop off point on 3 different occasions and every time they just say the printer is not working. I questioned it but they have no reasonable answer. I understand things break and go faulty but over the course of 3 months it hasn't been working once

   Evri scanner doesn’t work for most QR codes. Staff incredibly unhelpful. Don’t bother!
