   The owner of cherry local in Crowthorne. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. The man is ignorant/arrogant/rude/unhelpful. I tried 3 times to collect the parcel with the tracking number and he said it is not delivered. The truth is that he could not be bothered to look. When I eventually took my husband he looked further and discovered it was there but as we only had the tracking number and all the data on the phone he then decided that his shop was shutting in 3 minutes and we must return in the morning. This man does not deserve ANY CUSTOM IN HIS SHOP. Please use Lidl or Co Op until this small minded man goes out of business. Furthermore we are almost sure he damaged the parcel (eye shadow) but needless to say we have no proof.

   It was okay but the shop keeper wasn't friendly and helpful. I believe they should be the ones taking the parcels and placing them where needed to avoid upsetting anyone if we the customers don't place them in the order they want. Another thing, kindly park at the Aldi shopping centre few feets away from the shop as there's no parking by the shop.
