   Oh If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible company. Terrible service. Makes Evri look positively lovely. My 24hr courier delivery took 72 hours with no explanation or follow up to my phone calls and emails. Customer service non existent. No apology for the late arrival. An awful company. Do not use. Use anyone else. Use a one eyed man on a unicycle, use beefed-up hamsters with an enviable knowledge of rat runs, use anything other than these guys.

   Received a note saying they tried to deliver, I asked for them to redeliver the next day, saying they can leave it by the garage. I somehow missed them, and they didn’t leave it. I rang them, no answer after 30 rings, so I emailed them asking can I pick up…no response. Emailed again after 3 more days, no response. Rang them and left it ringing for 20 minutes to be told they returned to sender the second day they had it! So bloody annoying! Contacted the company I ordered from and they are going to re-deliver, this time using DPD.

   Very poor company when it comes to needed deliveries and customer service. Took the half day off work to receive the parcel only to find out that the driver wasn't able to find the property and cancelled it even though they specifically asked for a number for them to deliver correctly. Also it was only when I called up to enquire how long the delivery was to be i was told it had been failed, due for delivery at 2.37pm called in at 5pm so waited in for no reason. Very poor performance! Avoid using if you have another option. I mean even hermes can find a property and they are poor!!!

   Drivers leaving tickets without Knocking on door. Poor comuninacation. Paid extra £20 for next day delivery door to door and they said rearrange for Monday

   Received a missed delivery card Thursday evening, had already been sent back to the sender by Monday morning! Leaving very little window to arrange collection. 1 full week day is an unacceptably short window to respond. Especially when you work all weekend. A longer window required before sending back.

   Terrible service. They say its door to door delivery, but drivers leave parcels on roadside if its a flat. Happy (=dead) live fish frozen at the gate. Stolen parcels etc. I don't understand how they keep afloat, even in Covid this is just below the par.
