    DO NOT USE DHL EXPRESS!! We sent five beautifully wrapped Christmas presents, with bows and gold ribbons, from Berkshire to family in Essex only to find that on arrival the box had been opened by DHL!! The box and all the Christmas presents within were found to have been torn open and rummaged through.. and, incredibly our Christmas card had also been opened as well!! What were they looking for in that envelope? Our presents and card had been stuck back together with large horrible Red/Yellow DHL tape. My family had to open the gifts we had sent them two weeks before Christmas to ensure that nothing had been stolen. DHL completely ruined our Christmas presents. I can't tell you how outraged we are. We will NEVER, EVER use DHL again.
