    Didn't leave a card when delivery is missed, can't rearrange for the next day online , don't deliver Saturdays, no options for safe place or leave with neighbour when rearranging delivery, now 4 days late and will be a minimum of 3 days before I'll possibly be able to get it.

    Can't fault the email communication. 5 Stars My parcel was delivered to a neighbor, I had to email the Wokingham Branch of APC, they give you a specific email address related to whoever delivered your parcel. Krystian (Warehouse Manager) responded very quickly, & I'm sure they had much better things to do, but we had 4 or 5 emails back a forth. Krystian was very helpful, extremely polite, & resolved my query, within a few hours.

    Overnight perishable goods delivered 4 days later! Despite the package saying it MUST be delivered next day or returned, it then turned up 4 days later, food completely off and has to go straight into the bin. Tracking numbers completely useless, don't try calling the depot as the line is dead. Completely useless service that has impact on the business they are serving.

    Don’t bother leaving missed delivery card or emailing or anything. Had to be contacted by the person sending delivery to me to be told this. Yet another awful delivery company

    Delivery was apparently attempted on the 20th May but no card was left so I had no way of knowing. The sending company gave me the phone number for APC when I queried none arrival and told me they would deliver next day, the 25th May. Again nothing. I phoned and was told it was now the 26th. Again nothing. This time I was told it had been in the warehouse since the 20th May awaiting my delivery instructions but as they hadn't left a card I knew nothing about it. This time I was told I would have to wait till the 30th May for delivery, 10 days after the first attempt. No apology was offered at any stage. No time slot was given for the 30th May. I will not be holding my breath for it's arrival then.

    Where to start? 1. PLEASE answer the phone - I’ve just wasted 25 mins of my life waiting for you to pick the phone up. 2. β€œSorry we missed you β€œ card says you can re-arrange a collection on the website. No you can’t, you can only reschedule the delivery. 3. Why do you not deliver at the weekends? 4. Why can you not specify a delivery time or time slot during the day? I don’t have all day to wait around for you. This is not very good APC.
