Appalling customer service. Walked away crying because of the attitude of the man and woman who I assume run the place. Spoke to me as if I was stupid and raised their voices at me to bully me into leaving. They said I had done something wrong when printing my hermes label off but I went down the road to the next parcelshop on the list and it was scanned no problem and now my parcel is on its way. Wish I could give them 0 rating, will be complaining about their behaviour. My partner went in after me because of the state I was in to explain the situation and he was sworn at and told to leave. Absolutely appalling.
