   Staff were rude and kept me waiting at the counter whilst they were watching something, then tried to hand me the scanner to put my email in whilst I was still holding a parcel because they wouldn’t move the ones on the counter so I could put it down. I always say hello when I go up to the counter and thank you when I leave, but never get a response or any acknowledgement. They only speak to tell you how much money they want.

   Quick and easy to drop off a parcel. Also find this particular outlet tends to be very quick when returning items. Hassle free and tracked. Pleasure sending items with them.

   Staff are unhelpful and have a snotty attitude. Would not accept my parcel because the van had already been round that day (saturday) and he didn't want the goods in his way until Monday. As far as I can see this is not my concern. Shopkeep told me to come back on Monday even though I had just walked 2miles to deliver the parcel specifically.

   Rude and aggressive staff, would not accept my 2 boxes. They claimed it was a size issue (too large) but I had no problem handing it into a different Hermes shortly after.
