    I agree with the other poor reviews on here. The shop owner is rude, unhelpful, dismissive and again, refused to take a parcel that was only medium sized suggesting that the EVRI driver refuses to take boxes. The poor serviced was only surpassed by the general grubbiness of this overpriced store. £1 for a perished small onion! With so many clean / polite shops in and around Caversham there really is no reason to shop here. Hope this helps, mike . . .

    Unhelpful and disinterested staff member when the evri scanner was showing a blurred image and unable to read my phone screen. Eventually went to an evri shop on the other side of Caversham where my phone was scanned immediately and the staff joked with customers. Did the rest of my shopping there.

    The shop owner is not interested to accept large Evri parcel… his excuse is that the driver will NOT collect any big boxes. It seems he gets paid by no of parcels that fits in the bag (white) provided by EVri. Very rude owner…. EVRI should reconsider this shop to be used to send/ collect parcels.
