   I have used these guys for many years and have had a good experience but this last time it was shocking and it just goes to show what a business is all about when things go wrong and i will not be using them again. Paperwork wrong so many times, addresses and emails wrong and delivery after delivery that were booked cancelled on the day or day before costing us money. Please read their terms and conditions before signing anything as even if they mess you around time and time again they take no responsibility so you basically have to put up with their errors or pay huge fees. Based on their operation now I would recommend people to go elsewhere.

   I've just taken delivery of my New Toyota CHR and have to say I have had the smoothest car leasing experience ever with Sarah Roberts from Lease Car Toyota! She has been great the whole way through keeping me informed of everything making sure I was happy with everything and just general customer service from her was amazing! I will definitely get my next lease through her again! My car arrived promptly and I've had no troubles so far! Brilliant service! Thank you

   I contacted Leasecar after seeing a price online for an in stock Corsa. Jonathon took my call and dealt with me all through the process. He is friendly and knowledgeable and dealt with my questions patiently. My main concern was that there really was a physical car available now and he was completely reassuring that that was the case. The process was easy and 18 days after initial contact a shiny new Corsa with 1 mile on the clock was trailered to my door.....I'd expected it would be driven to me so this was a nice bonus. A great experience.

The staff keep you informed all the way through each step with a courteous and polite manner leaving you with complete trust in their ability. The car arrived exactly when it was promised.    We've just received our new car and we've been very impressed with the service from Lease Car. The online process was very straightforward and we were kept fully informed of progress by email and telephone. I was given a direct line for our advisor (Jim). On the one occasion that I needed to contact him, I got straight through to him - there was no automated menu or queue to navigate. Jim and his colleagues have been extremely helpful and proactive, and the whole process has been very straightforward. This is our first experience of leasing a car, and it has been a very positive experience.

   I had the pleasure of working with Dominic and Francesca for setting up my car lease. They were efficient, helpful and managed to get the car to us quicker than we could have imagined. It was great working with a real person and not a bot or being passed between various contacts but everyone I came into touch with at Lease Car was incredibly friendly. If the rest of the leasing process can stay this way we will be very happy.

   Perfect. Excellent service from first contact through to the delivery of my new car. My first contact was with Jim Dean who was great and he remained my main contact point throughout my experience. He answered all my questions quickly and accurately (even the most trivial ones that I asked - this was my first personal lease car). I would not hesitate to recommend Lease Car to others (and in fact have already done so).

   From ordering to car delivery it was a breeze! The whole process took just over 3 weeks from start to finish. Gary was very helpful with any questions regarding the car and arranged everything quickly. Communication from the car dealership was excellent and they kept me up to date at every stage. The car was delivered by a helpful man who made sure I knew everything about the car before he left. Great experience overall with no hassle and the best prices around.
