Worst experience just trying to run errands and enjoy my day off! Only to be patronized and belittled. Yes I bit back don't have an Evri sign if you don't like it. I'm a customer not a inconvenience.
The worst delivery service!! The courier was supposed to deliver my package on September 2nd, today is September 18th and the package is gone! He brought it and didn't leave it at my house. I changed the delivery to Parcelshop and it's still not here!! The courier stole my package! Evri told me the package was lost! Who will reimburse me for the loss or theft of the package?????!!
Very disappointing experience not only once, but few times. The young man in the counter seems to hate people. He is more of an attitude, not helpful with parcels and just wants to get rid of you when you ask something or need some help. Evri has to be so desperate to work with this shop. And this is not just my opinion, my wife has had the same or worse experience plus my other friends told me not to go to this shop if I have other options. The owner of this shop has to address this issue with this young man
Dissatisfied and highly disappointed. They only accept small parcels to ship or return.
Without doubt this company have to be one of the poorest carrier services I have come across. There seems to be no accountability for undelivered and missing parcels. If you try telephoning them you only get an automated system that gives you very little options. You get to speak to no one individual. They then forward you to the website where there is also no ability to speak to anybody.
It’s unprofessional,Very poor customer service. They just need some excuse to reject your parcel. Although the same parcel was collected by other location, they rejected by saying it's bigger in size and they don't have place to keep it.
