Most of the staff there are friendly and helpful but there's a particular person who seems to have a problem with me and she's sent me away with parcels that look too big or heavy several times and refused to help me. They've just been normal boxes round 5kg I've gone to other drop offs and they've been totally fine and had no issues with Evri collecting. Have since started using elsewhere for fuel and drop offs.
