   It's a collection point and the rude Asian women who I gave my details too.......came back after looking for 30 seconds and said "I'm not looking thru all those parcels??!!" I said but ur the collection point!!? Come back another day an then asked the next person in the line how she could help em!!?? I thought u ain't helped me yet Mrs rude arse!!!! Don't do that job if u ain't gonna do it properly!!!! How she is still there is beyond me!!!....I.wonder why????? Tut tut

   Book collection for a day, stay home all day long, get an update that "There didn't seem to be anyone in when we called". You are either incompetent to find an address or you straight out lie about calling. Both options render your services shambolic.

   Worst customer service went to pick up a missed parcel serviced by a super rude Indian/asian lady it’s the same lady who’s on the uploaded photo section serving she was rude and too lazy to go and even check she straight up refused to even check and tried to turn me away saying there’s too many to find and made me wait and I waited as I refused to leave without her checking at least she serviced 5 customers that came after me and was forced to service me again after all the customers she went and looked , it took her less then 2 min to find the parcel she could have done that before but was very rude and lazy to check to make me wait for no reason. Just before me there was an elderly lady who she did the same she could’ve helped the poor lady that came all the way there and considering her age she didn’t even bothered to check or look and turned her away.

   I sent an Internationally Tracked parcel from the UK to India via Royal Mail on 19th July, and it's now been 23 calendar days (16 working days) — yet the item still hasn't reached the recipient. Despite multiple calls to customer service, all I’ve received are vague apologies and the statement: “Sorry, we are unable to track the item.” This is unacceptable for a tracked service. At the time of posting, the Royal Mail executive assured me it would take 8–10 working days. However, it took 14 days just to reach the first location in the destination country, which is far too long for a time-sensitive item. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of transparency and support from Royal Mail has been frustrating. I expected better reliability and accountability from a national postal service.

   My item has been "We have your item" since the 10th of June, 2025. The merchant has no idea where my item is and Royal Mail, on the other hand, has no idea where my package is. Any follow up on the phone gives the same response as above. This is abysmal if not ridiculous and nerve-wrecking. So, where do we go from here? You say, you have received my item and it has been now over 25 days and my item is nowhere. Not even the majestic Royal Mail knows where it is. Is this the service we're supposed to be proud of? Rubbish!! Utter rubbish! And, you unashamedly admit that you are not responsible between "We've got your item" up until it has been delivered. You do not know anything what happens in-between. This was supposed to be a signed-for tracked mail and so far, goodness knows where it is lying or even lost. Moreover, your website needs a complete overhaul. One page leads to another and so on.... and still no answer to my queries... Never again Royal Mail!!

   THEY CLOSE EARLY ON MONDAY (12pm)!!! If you have a normal 9-5 working hour just use the redelivery service online and select leave the parcel in safe place. They open while you work, and close a few hours earlier than your off hour : ) But if you insist going in person, best chance to get back your "sorry we missed you" parcel is on Thursday (close at 7pm) or during the weekends (Sat 1pm, Sun 3pm).

   I genuinely think this facility is performing great. We have a camera above our door and I can see the postman approaching and waiting patiently even though no one is home. If I am quick I get to talk to them, and they find ways to deliver parcels. Staff inside the facility and on the field are super friendly and are great at what they do. Thank you all

   Item came a week after the expected delivery date, was in their hub for one whole week, then I don’t know if they ever knock on your door or they just simply slip their collection cards, but never heard a knock, had to go for collection today Saturday 10/12/22 only to realise they close by 1pm on a Saturday…on a Saturday? 1pm? Nice one. Met a staff, explained my situation and how I was in dire need of that parcel bcos I was travelling with it that evening but there was nothing she could do. I cried because I knew how much I had invested and how my plans were shattered. I don’t like them, they always make you collect your stuff yourself with poor service too.

   Very friendly operative. This office is great for mail requirements after hours. I think this office offers the latest mail access in Reading (collections & post) at 19:00 on a Thursday. However, unless you are collecting or dropping off mail that has already been processed. There is no facilities to help in weighing mail, purchasing stamps or access to information/assistance. Depending on your mobile phone network provider & service in the area, you may not be able to access internet required for info on stamp cost per weight, stamp cost per size, info on Special Delivery, Tracked Mail, Signed For etc. So be prepared & be warned, Only good for mail pick ups & drop offs.
