claim unable to gain access but no attempted delivery shown on video door bell. clearly a case of can't be bothered
The Amazon Fulfillment delivery person opened my gate, delivered my parcel, passing all my animals, and left. Leaving the gate open. 2 of my animals are still missing. There was a very clear sign on the 5bar gate saying 'Please shut the gate. Animals loose'. How dare any delivery person do this ? I am absolutely livid. Their Ref QB1053288968.
Still haven’t gotten my package
Very bad security people. Don't let drivers use toilets. Security person (Name Shera) lies to people saying toilets don't work and then let's selected people inside. People with health issues have to wait in a line in a shed outside. He chooses who he wants to open the door to and who he wants to speak to on the tannoy at the door at his pleasure. Rest of staff very pleasant. But this toilet issue is a regular here and it's a reception toilet not even an office one. Bathroom facilities are a basic right which should not be denied but this person takes his toilet police duties to extremes. Very sad state of affairs for a big company like Amazon
