The customer service today was not up to usual standard, ask a member of staff about click and collect, and was not helpful, I asked a different member of staff who was willing to help. Staff should be made aware that their there to help customers
Not sure why the lady who was standing on your door today has such an attitude, maybe try and be a bit more polite to your customers!! Merry Christmas to you and all! The lady on the till however, super polite and helpful.
Went there to get a couple of duvet covers and there's a huge range in multiple colours and sizes. It also has a large range of other household items, which is helpful. Also thera cafe ,( which i haven't been to yet).
Food was lovely. Staff were absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t ask for a better café and they were so helpful. Had a good laugh about a scone whether you put the cream or the jam first. And the decision was does it matter?
Absolutely dreadful customer service. We ordered three bar stools and paid for next day delivery. The sales person assured us they would be with us the following day as we needed them for a family event. Took delivery of two the next morning and we’re told the third would be delivered separately later in the day. No shock that there was no sign of it and absolutely zero communication from Dunelm. I have since been trying to contact them but nobody answers the phone so looks like I will need to waste even more of my time and money driving down to the store. Will never use them again, disgraceful.

Lots of good things on sale also nice soft warm blankets hoodys now that gas prices are so high.
I found it very difficult to move a trolley around the exceptionally small aisles and walkways. It was like threading the eye of a needle.
Staff members Tania and Amy were so helpful and kind. They both spent a significant amount of time to help me understand how to put up certain curtains and found me the exact rug i was looking for. I hope the Huntington store sees this review and treats them both for their excellent service.
huge array of products. it even has a nice little café. huge range of different homeware items, has pretty much everything you could ever need in a house. the sale items are especially good value.
