I don’t always get my nails done, but i always go to AN. I LOVE the staff, they are lovely. But the past couple of times i’ve gone i’ve left slightly disappointed. Today i made sure to ask them to make it look more like the picture and eventually i gave up. They are nice enough, and thats why i was okay with just letting it be, but its not what i asked for.. Still payed the full price. I bite my nails so i didn’t make it easy for them, but the end shape wouldn’t be affected by that.
This place was amazing, very friendly staff and made sure to be gentle with me and my hands and nails. I very much recommend this place for their services ❤❤.
This review should have been so different. I've been going with a group of my family to AN for nearly a year now. A few days ago my nails ripped off exposing the nail bed underneath. When I approached the staff I was basically told it was my fault and I'd left my infills too long (it's actually been less time than normal) and that I had to be doing heavy work. My nails came off my left hand are catching slightly while driving. They did not care that my nail bed is sore and exposed and instead of offering me advice they decided to tell me "I don't know" a few months ago I'd have called this the best nail salon in town- now I'll be finding somewhere new. Really disappointing after being a repeat customer for an extended period of time.
Great friendly staff helpful and great artists I had my toes painted and my nails painted very hospitable would highly recommend them and definitely coming again.
Walked in and was welcomed straight away. Very quick, clean and chatty. So friendly and genuine which makes a nice change. Brilliant service and prices. Will be back in the new year. Thank you so much! :)
