We recently accommodated contractors for two months which was provided by SG Property Group for our house in Bournemouth. Antony and Sophie have been great and have been very responsive to any questions. We look forward to using yourselves again in the future!
SG Property Group have a lot of rentable properties in Crewe that are good in location and transport. They are well connected to transport and shopping centres, have en-suite bathroom, television and small fridges in each room, which is great. Response to text enquires takes time but you will get response eventually. Shower hot water's temperature varies from time to time. Draining in the shower has to be attended to. Communal kitchen has many kinds of appliances and seasonings, but salt and sugar is not plenty. Timely weekly cleaning keeps the sanitary level good.
I booked an apartment at No.57 and found it to be a little on the small size but Sophie kindly changed it to a larger apartment. Apart from some issues with the showers in both apartments the facilities are very good, clean and in good working order. The premises is very conveniently located to nearby shopping centre and food outlets with good secure parking. I'm very pleased with the booking and especially host Sophie for her quick and courteous response to any issues. Overall very good place to stay for short or long term. The only one constructive criticism, the bike rack does not feel adequately secure and is not covered for bikes. Don't feel comfortable in leaving my bike in the designated bike area.

Rented a studio at No.57 mirion house and it has been perfect! Great location- close to shops, about 12-15min walk to the train station. Really well equipped, brand new shared kitchen. Common areas kept super clean. Our studio room (2ppl) : very spacious, with big TV, microwave, small desk and a private bathroom. I'm very happy with the SG responsiveness: we had a small maintenance problem, which was immediately address and solved within few hours . The only drawback I can think of is the bed mattress, (which is not the most comfortable one), and super loud entrance doors
Our stay at Samuel Street was perfect. A good location for local amenities, affordable, and well suited to a group of professionals staying away from home. The property had everything we needed, and was welcoming and homely after a long day working out on site. My team and I stayed at one of SG Property Group's Team Stay houses whilst I/we were building a show garden at RHS Tatton Park for Young Designer Of The Year. I’d like to thank Anthony and his team again for their support, I wouldn’t have been able to undertake this project without it.
