After having my son be at busy bees for a month now, I can Honestly say every member of staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly. My son has settled in really well and is all smiles when we drop him off. The app with the day to day routine is updated through the day with everything including pictures. Very clean and well run, lovely environment inside and out. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic nursery and staff since reopening they have really shown that they have learnt lessons and are ready to be a great early years nursery. It has had a full renovation, completely new compliment of toys/equipment etc and all new (amazing!) staff. They have had their teething issues as every new business will have. They have been totally transparent about this and worked well with the parents to ensure there was little to no impact. We have been with them pretty much since opening and would happily continue with them until our little one goes to school.

I utterly urge everyone to avoid this nursery and Busy bees. This nursery shut suddenly in 2019 leaving 105 children including my son giving only 30 days to find another nursery just before Christmas and made all staff redundant at Christmas. The reason at the time was given due to high rent costs and they lost money 7 years in a row as stated by the area manager. Even though a couple of weeks before the ofsted report was published and it was a damming report. This was emphasised that this was not the closing reason. But now I’ve had a email back from busy bees Eastleigh stating the reason why it shut was due to the OFSTED report which know they contradicted themselves and I have proof from 2019 that they closed because of rent costs not the report so clearly busy bees can’t even get their story straight and a lying please make up your mind about this I will do my upmost to make everyone aware of how badly and shockingly busy bees have dealt with this urge everyone to avoid this place.

Chandlers Ford Busy Bees closed suddenly in December 2019 with very little notice. Their rationale was that they were not making enough money (literally told the parents this). It followed a damning OFSTED report. Both parents and staff were left scrabbling for another nursery. We were super lucky and managed to get a place only 3 miles away. Others were not. I very much still remember the tearful morning meeting when the news was broke (to staff and parents at the same time) Now they are re-opening rebadged as Eastleigh Busy Bees. No doubt they will shed their old OFSTED reports in the process. Probably ditch their old reviews too. But be under no illusions. If you join this nursery their head office will quite happily close them down with 4 weeks notice. They have done it before, they could do it again.

Great facility with some excellent individual staff members. However the management is apalling and we took our son elsewhere for his own safety. Read the ofstead reports...... You shouldn't have to keep telling the nursery staff that they've got the adult:child ratio wrong...
