   One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.

   Myself and my partner needed house valuation after doing a lot of work on it for remortgage. We called S&J and asked for help. One of the owners, Jonathan, arrived today to help us out. He was very professional, gave us good tips on how further improve house value, appreciated how much work we put in upgrading our property and was honest about how much house is worth now to compare to valuation we had done 3 years ago - we were so pleasantly shocked that all hard work has paid off. We appreciate your time and help, specially that we aren’t looking to sell the house so technically business wasn’t making any money on coming out to us.    Viewed property a couple of weeks ago I had to travel 2 hrs to view property. so before I traveled I phoned agent and spoke to jothnaton who assured me that the property only needed some cosmetic work on the property. When I arrived at property a young fellow called Ben Lett me in and said the property had structural problems with it .so I had a 4hr round trip for nothing complete waste of time .if the agent had given me the right information this could have been averted Not Happy!
