After having been let down by another agent earlier in the year, we decided to market our property in Wem with Belvoir. This was the best decision for us and we wish we had chosen the Belvoir team to start with! Our house was on the market for a month at which point we agreed a sale on it, with completion following a month after. After failing to sell my house using another estate agent, I went on the recommendation of a friend to use Belvoir. Yes they are more expensive but I feel I got what I paid for, excellent presentation of the property, personal involvement of the estate agents, regular contact, and I also feel they were very supportive of the buyer. This was good for me as my house was not necessarily the easiest to sell. But, I got a quick sale at the asking price, so happy days & thank you Belvoir.
