VERY POOR SERVICE, UN ABLE TO RETURN A PILLOW AS I REMOVED IT FROM ITS RE USABLE PACKAGING FELT THE TEXTURE WAS NOT FOR ME SO PUT BACK IN PACKAGING AND TOOK IT BACK TOLD NO REFUND NOT EVEN A CREDIT NOTE
Shop regularly in this store with friends and always use the cafe. Would like to thank Freddie for being so welcoming, friendly and efficient. He is a brilliant asset to Dunelm Newbury.
Went into store yesterday, to look at lace curtains, While I'm waiting at the counter for help, A lovely young lady AARIFA,came to assist me ,such a helpful and patient, lady,taking time to measure and cut the sizes. It was a pleasure to meet her. Just love this store.
Gotta love a Dunelm Mill! Lots of choice of homewares from bedding to kitchen ware. From lighting to storage, They've got it all. Also love the seasonal stuff they bring in too. Staff always friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable. Plenty of parking too!
I have purchased some useful things from Dunhelm for the home over the years. But on this occasion I was using their cafe as a half way refreshment break as I prepare for a 14 mile hike in April. Sadly, there was only 1 member of staff on duty (the other called in sick) so there was no hot food on offer. So we made do with sandwiches. We were just on time as they closed shortly after we sat down. The lady on duty was chirpy, friendly with a lovely demeanour. It is a comfortable cafe compared to Coffee Costa (it’s nearest rival).
We called at dunelm Newbury to buy new curtains for patio doors and bedroom the lady greeted us at the door way very nice lady pointed us in the right direction told us to speak with Sarah who helped us buy the right size curtains very knowledgeable and pleasant and made it very easy and a happy shopping trip.I would also like to say how pleasant the girls in cafeteria were nice menu and good prices many thanks to all the staff.
I love Dunelm, there isn't anywhere else you can go to get such a range of curtains in Newbury than here. They have prices to suit all pockets and whilst you might be able to get things cheaper online such as Amazon and eBay you cant beat the experience of actually choosing in person, saves all the hassle of returns from online shopping. Saying that they do have an online store and if you aren't happy with your purchase you can either return online or take it directly to the shop. They stock a range of furniture including, sofas, rugs, tables, chairs, in fact there's something for every room in your home, you wont come out empty handed. The staff are always helpful and polite, nothing is too much for them. Love their SALES too, you can get some great bargains!
I absolutely love this store and the fact is you can have a coffee in there lovely cafe. All staff are polite and friendly and nothing is to much trouble if you can't find what your looking for, (Thankyou Connor)! All credit to there customer services.
Not all items had a price on them (end of aisles), but the store was clean and tidy. Some stock was half out the box etc, but appreciate you can't stay on top of that 24/7.
I moved a year ago so needed all new curtains. Bedding. Lighting. Cushions etc. Went to Dunelms everything under the same roof. Fantastic assortment. Would highly recommend.
