Edited: Called THIS number to complain after receiving a call from a rude telemarketer but as it turns out he is not from this branch. I was then patiently listened to by both the first point of contact and the manager. I have altered this review to reflect not only their patience with my issue but also their concern and further action that they have decided to take. Have gone from 1 star to 5 based purely on the service I just received.
Great customer service and very cost effective insurance brokers. Mention my name if you take out a policy. We have moved all our policies to White House.
I have always found them very good. I skipped using them one year as ther were a few £ more expensive than another company. I regretted that decision and am now back with them.
