Have great customer service. They managed to also provide me with a policy even after some of the other companies had rejected my application. Really happy with the service so far.

School car had an issue and off road so was feeling very stressed then I spoke to Natasha Cole she was absolutely lovely , her amazing customer service , and fantastic humour soon had me laughing . The price she quoted was reasonable but if she had doubled it I may have paid simply because of her attitude. I’m old and not great with technology but again instead of pushing she laughed , no stress no pushing no re buff . Great service as an instructor found their quote much cheaper than my current insurer simple process wasn't pushed into any extras like some tried to very happy just waiting for online Documents
Totally disgusting, what a let down was given a price then my previous broker contracted them and when I rang up for the policy they said they changed there minds and doubled the quote saying you are already with the same insurance company but you never asked me that information when you quoted me. Don't worry will be sending all the information to the financial ombudsmen so they can listen to the calls also. Wish I read the reviews before contracting them.
Tried to get a quote. Arranged for someone to ring me on a Saturday morning, I phoned on the Friday afternoon to see if we could bring the appointment forward but was told as it was only 10 minutes until they closed this was not possible, was told by the Customer Advisor that they would make sure someone would phone on the Saturday as arranged. I worked my Saturday morning around being available for the phone call, but no call. Despite sending an email the following week, I have had no reply or apology. Terrible Customer service.
Called them up at 09:08am and spent exactly 19 minutes on the phone going through my details for an ADI car insurance quote. I was told I should wait for them to ring me back the same day but haven`t heard anything back. The next day I rung them up just to be told in an apathetic attitude that the only quote they have for me is a whopping 4 figure sum, 3 times more than the most expensive quote I`ve had from another broker. I must say that I found your service to be of a very poor quality, not responsive nor professional.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Just renewed my 3rd Insurance with them - this is the only company I've ever stayed with after renewal. Highly recommended. They provide my driving instructor policy - I will now be looking to move other insurances with them as they expire.
I had Instuctor insurance for 3 yrs and found Rob and his team friendly and professional to deal with. Both Rob & Tina went to great lengths to look for competitive rates and cover for me. Tina was really helpful on many occasions with changes to my policy. Thanks both. Would highly recommend.
I cannot believe the exceptional customer service this company provides! Not only did they deal with my first car policy flawlessly, I emailed Rob today (Saturday) asking for a quote on a second car that I am thinking of buying and he came back to me with a quote within 10 mins I kid you not! That’s an email not phone call! I was expecting a reply on Monday.. Honestly if you’re looking for car insurance then try these guys, they may not always compare to the usual big names but for the small amount more you’ll pay they’ll make up for it in dealing with you personally and offer you so much more within your policy, I guarantee it.
