My two girls absolutely loved it here! I had so much help and support when getting my youngest diagnosed. My eldest learned to love learning here and still loves learning to this day Always there if I needed a chat about anything or nothing. ❤️
Great nursery my daughter enjoyed going had lots of fun and was updated on the app about what she had done throughout the day. The after-school club was great too. Thank you to all the staff who looked after my children they do miss coming.
It was better with the old team, the new staff are very unorganised and always look confused. Also I don’t understand why a private nursery will suddenly close for two days and claim its inset day without prior notice to parents. They don’t let you in till 9am and most times they are late. If you dare run even 5 mins late they will ask you to pay £10. On a certain day we were asked to wait outside because they were short staff and could only bring our kid in if a staff comes in. I spent more than 30mins waiting . Kids are mostly on iPads I have seen this several times. if I wanted my child to have screen time all day then I’ll keep them at home. They don’t care if your child eats or not, no form of support and finally I met one of the owners on two occasions she seemed very rude and unhelpful.
I had a really bad experience. If your child has autism don't send your child to this nursery. They don't care if your child eat colour pencil, sand,grass,stones, or anything in the nursery. The staff are very lazy and do not have experience dealing with the child. I feel very disappointed with their response. Whenever I ask any question from the manager, they don't have any answer. They always say we are sorry about what's happening. When the child comes to the nursery, this is a nursery responsibility to look after the child.
One of the worst nursery in sinfin Derby very untrained staff. Very bad health and safety rude staff. Not responsible staff. Management worst. Directors managment teacher zero experience. don't know anything. Better to stay kid at home do Sent in this nursery. In nursery can't clean nappy properly. Kids eat sand . Grass. Mud in garden teacher don't care. This nursery Not good for kids sepical needs and Atusim. Not recommended any parents to send their kids in this nursery if you one minute late finished time from nursery teachers asking extra 5 pounds for late coming to collect you kids from nursery
Really great service provide by them, my both daughters go there and they love to go there staff is very friendly,coprative, nice, and look after kids. Trustworthy staff they look after my kids very well and I have no worries when my kids at nursery, and every day my kids loved it .
