The Active For All holiday club at Bitterne Park is great. All the staff are so lovely, my children have a great time. The opening times are ideal and any questions through WhatsApp are answered promptly and professionally! Wouldn’t use any other holiday club ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would not recommend this company for young children. I picked up my Year R child from one of their after-school activities in a very unwell state. She was displaying symptoms of heat stroke, was wearing too many clothes for the hot weather and the staff did not attempt to remove the clothes or check her temperature (she had 40 degree temperature). The staff simply handed her back to me after the activity saying they had been told (by the class teacher that dropped her off) that she was tired. Instead of calling her parents to alert us of her state, they left her to sleep on the table in a hot room with a cardigan on in hot weather for an hour...In young children, heatstroke can have very negative impacts especially if left untreated for long periods of time and if young children are not helped to bring their body temperature down; I found the staff's clear lack of knowledge and passivity alarming and will not be taking my child back to this activity. Aside from the often very junior and clearly not properly trained staff, there is no one else at Active for All that parents can speak with in case of an emergency. The generic switchboard number and email address on the website are not monitored out of hours and, almost 24 hours after the above happened, no one from the company has gotten back to me. When I asked the staff to pass me the contact of someone senior, they told me to use the info on the website (which is useless). Having checked this company's website, I found that they pay their staff very little (between £9 and £10 per hour, below the National Living Wage, which might explain why they all seem to be young and very inexperienced) and their requirements for hiring staff are very minimal. In short, I would not recommend this company for supervising young children; their staff is not trained to deal with issues and, if something happens to your child, they will likely not know what to do. Instead of care, you'll get lots of excuses. I see they have raving reviews from others, so this might be different for older children who can look after themselves more.

I've used a holiday club at Hythe Primary - Active For All since 2021 when we relocated to Hants. The club has since opened an after school club at Beaulieu Primary allowing the school to offer wrap around care allowing parents to work fulltime and have access to a fantastic well led school and a fun after school club for their children. Sadly this is our last year at Beaulieu. My 10 year old thoroughly enjoys spending time at the club. And doesnt mind helping with the very young ones. I find the Active team to be engaging, interested in their role and offer stimulating activities for the children. I find it's fantastic value for money. I have previously owned 2 Good Ofsted registered childcare facilities, this one is fantastic.

I seriously can't thank Active For All enough!! After Fitlearn went into liquidation I was pretty much lost. Then I found Active for all!! I'm now a qualified Personal trainer with a level 2 and 3 qualification. A massive Thank you and a shout out to the Team but especially to James Welsh.

I received MASSIVE and - quite frankly - life changing support from the team here. I had just about given up. I was on my last hope, my final chance - and my very last nerve. James and his team were able to sort out what was a disaster - utilising old exams, video evidence and sort out a certificate for me. The prices were reasonable, the communication was great and to be honest the final result was such a relief that it got pretty emotional. You can trust these guys absolutely.

James was great at helping me complete my Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications after a bad experience with another company. He was genuine, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to doing more courses with Active For All.

What an amazing company, the staff have been the nicest most caring people!! After FitLearn (the original company I did my L3 PT course with) went bust I was left with no support, no qualifications and out of pocket! James was there to save the day. He offered me the support I needed to finish my level 2 and level 3 qualifications to a high standard, and I couldn't be happier with the service and products I received. I would 100% recommend this company, you really won't regret it!!! Thank you so much again, could honestly not have done this without you - I am now qualified and super impressed with this company, service was amazing especially dealing with so many lost and upset individuals, the product was delivered and recognised. An absolute life saver !!! THANK YOU.
