   Freddie has been with Standen Swim Academy since he was just 4 weeks old and I cannot overstate how brilliant the sensory lessons with Sally are. He may have slept though his second ever lesson but 7 months on he is almost floating independently and is so happy in the water! We love our weekly sessions and feel we get such a personalised experience with Sally! Highly recommend!!

   We absolutely love the Standen swim academy! Our son has been taking weekly lessons for a term now and has also done some intensive holiday courses. He has thrived from these lessons not only with his ability to swim but also with confidence and coordination in the water. The staff are all very friendly and our son’s swim teacher did a brilliant job at not only teaching the kids to swim but also making it a fun experience. Thank you so much to everyone at the Standen swim academy! Learning to swim and water safety is an important life long skill and I’m very happy to say that I feel like my son is in very good hands with your swim school.

   I can’t recommend the swimming lessons enough here. Both my children have attended lessons here and it provides such a fun and safe place for the kids to learn. They both always enjoy their lessons and their water confidence and swimming have come on leaps and bounds as a result. All the teachers are absolutely brilliant with the kids, they all seem to know how to get the best out of them.

   We started this past term and couldn't fault the Standen Swim Academy. It was the first lessons for our son in a while and we were instantly made comfortable, our little one was happy to get in the water. In just a few weeks the staffs friendliness and enthusiasm have seen him become so confident in the pool. The customer service is impeccable and the cost is justifiable for the attention and education received. No faults from a very happy boy and his parents!

   This is Ivy’s first term having swimming lessons after watching her brothers swimming lessons with the Standen swim academy for the last 3 years. They always go above and beyond and Ivy loves coming every week. Her confidence has already grown and she’s progressing quickly while also having fun! Highly recommend!!

   Simply the best! Our son has such amazing swim lessons at Durley House Swim School. The thought and effort that goes into each themed week is incredible. The added bonus of engaging toys keeps him focused and excited! He has made so much progress in the year he’s been with the school.    We were recommended Durley house swim school lessons for my son who is shy and not settled into other local swim schools. We started with water confidence lessons where we (the parents) enter the pool with him and the teacher. The staff have all been so welcoming and my sons confidence has really grown and he is now moving up to the ducklings class (preschoolers) next term. The small class numbers have really helped him grow and the weekly theme is such a lovely touch. He no longer dreads his swim lessons but gets ready to go with excitement. Thank you Durley house swim school for creating such a positive experience for us. We can’t wait for his younger sister to join in.

   My 4yo son loves attending his swimming lessons! He started at 3yo doing the holiday courses and he is now doing weekly lessons. Durley House really know how to make children learn through play! I’ve never seen a swimming pool with so many toys! The instructors are so engaging! And my son built up a great rapport with every instructor he’s ever had at Durley House. He has transformed as a swimmer! Going from anxious and not wanting to get in pool or wear his goggles, to now happily submerging and now jumping in! Plus the pool is lush! Always warm, chlorine free and surrounded by sofas where parents can watch the entire lesson every week! I tried three different swim schools before Durley House, so I can confidently say, Durley House is in a league of its own and I have recommended it to everyone!

   My son has been here for a few terms now and I can honestly say his first teacher Jeanette was amazing and the teacher he now has James is amazing! So patient and really bring my son on leaps and bounds. Keeps him going, makes the lessons so much fun so my little boy is so excited to go back each and every week. Different themes each week is fun and having a lovely warm pool is just perfect! Recommend this place to everyone i speak to about lessons! Amazing! And looking forward to watching my little turtle continue to do amazing here.

   To Durley House Swim School, our Son loves attending his swimming lessons every Wednesday. His confidence in the water has grown so much over the year. All the instructors are really engaged and really spend the time with the learners to help develop trust and confidence in the lesson. The themes are great too adding an element of fun and imagination to each session. We cannot wait for our youngest to start next year.
