   I have loved sailing with BOSS Sailing School and have had some exceptional instructors - Vince, George and Angus to name a few. Nikki and Peter have been very supportive of my sailing learning and are always looking for ways to help their students improve and gain more experience. My favourite courses were a channel crossing completed last November and a weekend boat handling course that I thought was exceptional and changed the way I think about manoeuvring the boat! I credit passing my yachtmaster offshore exam with the great teaching I have had with this very friendly sailing school. Would recommend and I will be back!

   An incredibly fun, rewarding and well administered 10 days completing theory and practical Day Skipper. If you want to ‘tick the box’ on gaining the Qual look no further than BOSS. Exceptionally patient and knowledgable sailing instruction (Rosie and Clive) both in the classroom and on the water. Thank you Peter and Nikki - outstanding week, most grateful.

   I spent 8 weeks in Hamble completing my Yachtmaster Coastal (went through their RYA Fastrak from Comp Crew - YM). I began with a good amount of sailing experience but this program is definitely doable even with very little or no prior sailing experience. It was a fabulous program overall! Nikki was amazing at organizing all of the logistics, she was there supporting me from the very first email through to the final exam. The program was well-organized overall, with in-depth courses on theory, combined with practical experience at sea. I would recommend BOSS for anyone looking to complete their Yachtmaster in the Solent!

   Having signed up to a Flotilla holiday and not realising I needed to have my ICC Assesment to charter in Greece, BOSS Sailing pulled out all the stops to accomdodate me at very short notice. Massive thanks to Peter & Nikki who organised the course and the instructor Nick whose calm instruction got me through on a very very blustery day and was brilliant from start to finish. Cannot speak highly enough of the team at BOSS.

   I had such a fantastic 2 days, Nik was a brilliant Skipper.. we all had such a great time! As a complete novice on the water, he shared his wealth of knowledge and made me feel comfortable in my new situation and my crew mates were truly great company, it was a solid crew and a treat of a first adventure in the sailing world! Thanks to Nikki for all of her help, reassurance and question answering leading up to the voyage.. it was all very needed and appreciated.
