   Would highly recommend, especially for first time buyers. Andy helped us with a mortgage for our first house purchase and delivered an excellent surface. From initial advice on what property we could afford, all the way through to confirming our mortgage, Andy gave very comprehensive and clear advice from start to finish. Responsiveness was brilliant and the whole team were very generous with their time. We felt fully informed on the mortgage term, interest rates, how long to fix for, the intricacies of making an offer, getting a mortgage in principle, and more.

   Clark and Poole provide a fantastic service. Getting a mortgage is never stress free but they made it as easy and seamless as possible. Having used another broker in the past for my mortgage, Clark and Poole are far superior. We spoke to both Andy and Simon throughout the process, both have so much knowledge, are really reassuring and put you at ease. Their recommendation (and detailed reasoning behind it) was brilliant and we had total faith in it. A shout out to Vicky too who was in touch with us regularly throughout the process and was really helpful when we had queries. All the team are incredibly caring and genuinely want to help find the product that is best for their customers. We've already recommended Clark and Poole to family friends on the back of our experience!

   After reading good reviews I got in touch with Clark & Poole to start the process of finding out how much we could borrow and get a mortgage in place. At first they were great and really quick to respond. They gave us access to an online portal to fill in lots of details, which we did. After this we hadn’t heard from them for a few weeks so I chased and got an email to say we were on the list to be reviewed and they would be in touch. That was 6 months ago…….they never did get back in touch. Wasted time spent filling in all our personal details…
