   Paid for what I thought would be a premium service after needing an urgent Covid-19 test after flying into Heathrow and this company didn't deliver. Ignore the reviews saying its a different company as both this company and cignpost diagnostics are registered at the same location in Farnborough. Id advise you to steer clear.

   I haven't used this company "Cignpost Life", but I feel bad for the reviews mistaking them for the garbage company "Cignpost Diagnostics". If you are doing anything even slightly better than Cignpost Diagnostics then you probably deserve 5 stars. For anyone reading and looking for Cignpost Diagnostics, DO NOT USE THEM. I was told over the phone that I could amend the flight details after BA cancelled my flight and just to email support. Support told me this was impossible, before we raised a stink and they told us it was indeed possible. By this point we had booked another test, so we asked for a refund on the redundant test and they told us that was not possible. GARBAGE COMPANY EXPLOITING A PANDEMIC.

   COVID PROFITEERS!!! If i could give them a 0 I would - my sister has been stranded at Heathrow for 3 days now after they failed to deliver the results of her test. She is unable to get a flight back home until she gets a negative covid test result. No guidance on when she may get the results and no offer of compensation. Indifferent behaviour turning outright cruel, especially given the raging pandemic. They say it's Cignpost Diagnostics that's at fault but it's a related company so it's a pathetic cop-out. AVOID AVOID AVOID

   I used this company for COVID-19 test at Heathrow - paid premium for next day 10pm confirmation. Called customer service before booking to ensure I will get my text at the stated time. It is 4am day after test result was due and nothing from this company despite calling customer service at 9:45pm. No test result, no fit to fly certificate. As a result I have had to cancel my flight - almost £3000 wasted because of this incompetent company. DO NOT USE THE NEXT DAY 10pm result option. Customer service unhelpful too. Abysmal service.
