   We cannot recommend Sandra and Charlie at LifeLink highly enough. Right through the process of obtaining a mortgage Sandra was approachable, clear, efficient. They were both always quick on emails, and called/zoomed when needed. As two self-employed first time buyers, we were apprehensive about the process, but we quickly felt we could rely on them throughout to give clear and impartial advice, and answer any questions—no matter how obvious. They got us a great rate, and we always felt that they balanced professionalism with personableness. Sandra was recommended to us through a friend, and we would recommend her to anyone! As a gay couple, we also felt they were 100% LGBTQ+ friendly too.

   Jenny and team are knowledgeable and helpful and are willing to go above and beyond to support you with an application. Jenny personally sat on hold to secure our rate before they went up again and Charlie made sure everything was kept on top of which is so helpful when you're a bit disorganised yourself! I've asked many a question and nothing has been too much trouble and I've had no issues getting a reply or feedback as needed. I'd recommend Lifelink to anyone looking for a mortgage or remortgage.

   I work for Nationwide building society and have full understanding of mortgages and mortgage market, however at the back of a recommendation from a friend I used LifeLink services and 100% correct decision. Zoe mortgage advisor submitted our application I believe around 10:00 pm to secure a better rate for us and Charlie non stop chased our application to get it over the line, all our emails was responded to in no time and we couldn’t have asked them to do anything more for us.
