   Right from the start Chris made the time to answer everything I threw at him. I was looking for a new projector and out of all the companies I contacted Pure Theatre were the best. I went down on the train for a demonstration and was picked up at the station. Chris showed a 100% TOTALLY UNBIASED approach and I was surprised to find the Sony & JVC projectors I was interested in were still in sealed boxes. He showed me other projectors for comparison, and they were far less expensive and he left it to me to decide after some side by side comparisons. I was not pressured in any way and Chris left it to me to make contact if I decided to go ahead with a purchase. I did buy a JVC after having time to consider the expensive cost. Delivery was prompt and support as been 1st Class. Highly recommend Pure Theatre.

   The service Chris provides is excellent. After some accidental damage to my screen and wiring Chris gave loads of tech support over the phone and when I took my screen to be replaced at their place he found more damage to the mechanism which he tried to repair on the spot as I’d driven 3 hours to get there. Took me into the workshop and explained that he could fix it with no guarantee and did me a deal on a replacement. Would highly recommend him and his company.

   I have ordered specific shelves for gaming systems in the rack of my theater. Without fail, every single product fits the indented system PERFECTLY. Like a custom made home theater shelf. I live in Maryland in the United States and the shipping was surprisingly fast. Like a buddy flew home with it over the weekend fast. I cannot recommend them enough, what a fabulous product and outstanding shipping. 100/10 across the board. You will not be disappointed.

   The staff were great. Chris let us view an ultra short throw projector and left my wife and I alone to use it as we wished. Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and iPlayer were all logged in and ready for us to use on an Apple TV 4k. We didn't try Prime Video, but I'd be willing to bet they have that as well. I was also allowed to change some picture settings around and the staff were happy to turn on and off various lights when I asked. Very good demo experience.

   I had an issue with my Harmon Kardon Citation 1 speaker on changing Internet provider. Chris answered my email the same day and solved the problem - I hadn't realised there was a reset button underneath. It now works perfectly.

   When I wanted to create a a home cinema for my family, I thought I knew what I wanted as I did speak to a few (so called) specialist! But having spoke to Chris, it was pretty clear that that I was barking up the wrong tree and he advised me without trying to sell to me which was important as this showed his true passion! Anyway, after spending a good morning with him and after demonstration of the fixed screen and short throw BenQ projector, I ended up buying a package for the two. Anyway, roll on few months later, a few problems arose which were through no fault of Pure Theatre but Chris and his team were there and offered to help and made fully sure that I was up and running again. Nothing was too much trouble and for me, this is where they scored massively ie excellent after sales support and customer service.

   Chris at Pure Theatre was really enthusiastic, practical, knowledge and you could tell took real pride in his business. I really thought I was 90% solid on everything to know on home theatre and after a couple hours talking to Chris and seeing the setup examples in the showrooms I was turned around on so many things. Even if I didn't buy anything going has saved me thousands on snake oil. However, now I know the projector lifts are designed and manufactured professionally onsite I'm definitely coming back for one.... And later on one of their screens they also make in house. Great visit and I'll be coming back no doubt.
