   Absolutely incredible company that helped us renew our mortgage. Lauren was so patient with me (I was really worried about renewing this year with the interest rates.) She was so helpful in explaining everything and took the time to go through all the details with us. There was zero pressure in going with her recommendations and I didn't feel pushed into making any rash decisions. We've used Youngstone Financial services before for our will too and they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

   We couldn’t recommend Youngstone Finacial Services enough! We was recommended to use Youngstone by a family member who used Youngstone with every house purchase or mortgage renewal and has also passed on to several friends and family too so we knew from the get go we were in good hands! As first time buyers it was all very scary and new to us but Shane and Brandon was absolutely amazing on every Zoom call with explaining everything in ‘simple terms’ to us so we could understand it! No matter the time of day,they were both always at the other end of the phone if we had any questions or needed help with anything & Yvonne keeping us in the loop with every stage.    Youngstone Financial Services LTD are an incredibly professional, personable and efficient family run business. I was a first time buyer with my girlfriend, and being self employed I was worried I was going to struggle to get a mortgage. Shane gave us all the help, advice and time that we needed, and guided us through the process effortlessly. Once we had secured a mortgage, YFS kept us up to date right up to moving in day, and had provided us with all relevant insurances and protection to start from the moment we had the keys, so that we could enjoy (enjoy!?) moving in. We have since taken out life insurance, income protection and critical illness cover. Thank you Shane, thank you Youngstone Financial Services.
