   Not sure why the tills were shut at 8:30pm on a Saturday? Couldn’t buy popcorn before the movie started. 4 members of staff, all young boys, none seemed to care. Bizarre considering i’m an unlimited member. Seemed pretty limited to me.

   Went to see Wicked: For Good last night, had a lovely evening. Ivan was really friendly and positive, and actually mixed the popcorn for me instead of just stacking two layers. Really appreciated.

   What a night to remember for our little girls first time to the cinema. Went to see The Gabby Dollhouse movie, and the Manager/Supervisor on the night 17/10/2025 was truly amazing, she was very friendly, and patient with a family of 6 food and drinks order, went as far as to give our 4 year old a big Gabby poster and after overhearing my wife state this was Makayla's first time to the Cinema, she then presented her with a lovely Gabby certificate. Thank you Cineworld Shrewsbury, it was truly a pleasure! Makayla says thank you for making her first trip to the Cinema so special. P.S The movie was fantastic.

   Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cineworld watching ' Downton Abbey; the grand finals. Staff were very helpful and showed a lot of patience to us all, considering the average age attending was approximately 77.

   The chairs are uncomfortable, and a lot of the ones I saw were ripped. Screen sizes seem very small, and in a few films I've seen, there the screen was a little blurry

   Unfortunately it is looking tired and needed a good clean. Free carpark, no Costa or similar inside. They only sell their own refreshments which were poor value for money but the family film ticket was much cheaper than odeon!
