    I recently had the misfortune of being involved in an accident that resulted in my Porsche being written off. While I understand that accidents happen, I must express my extreme disappointment with the dawes insurances company throughout this ordeal. From the very beginning, their customer service was abysmal. It took an unreasonable amount of time for them to provide all the necessary documents for the replacement car. There was no clear path for me to follow, and I was left in the dark regarding the entire process. What's even more frustrating is that, despite accepting their settlement offer, which was unfairly low to begin with, they did absolutely nothing for months. I had to request a "pay out" letter not once, not twice, but four times, and still, there was no progress made on my case. Dawes Insurance is not a company I would recommend to anyone. They are expensive, appear to be utterly careless about their customers, and their handling of claims is beyond unfair. This experience has left me feeling utterly dissatisfied and frustrated with their services. In a time when customers should feel supported and valued by their insurance provider, Porsche Insurance has shown a complete lack of empathy, responsiveness, and fairness. I regret having trusted them with my coverage and would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for insurance.
