   Shame I can't score a 0. Absolutely awful customer service. Moved house and they didn't recognise my new postcode as it is a new build. So refused to continue my car insurance. Even though postcode on royalmail website. Customer service were rude and unhelpful. So be aware they won't insure you if move into a new build property. Other insurance companies are able to override their systems as long as on royalmail system. But oh no not Aliiianz. They could not careless about their customers and the stress this caused.

   ALLIANZ SCAM INSURANCE SCHEME. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Especially when buying airline tickets on the AMERICAN AIRLINES (or any other travel related site). It’s a rip off! I’ve purchased it multiple times and never had to use it. When I did have to use it for a valid trip cancellation claim, they have only found ways to delay and deny it. I have uploaded 7 documents explaining my cancellation request. They just keep asking for more documents! I’m sure they will deny it after all is said and done. DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Purchase real trip insurance from a valid provider!!!

   Appalling service! Unhelpful, rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional staff! The staff who is responsible for complaint investigations is the one who initiated the complaint. What a joke! It’s a total systemic failure within Allianz! Hopeless company! Stay away if you wish peace of mind!

   I got an email saying my payment was missed so my policy is now cancelled. I thought this was a scam. Tried to ring them and was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes then the phone disconnected. I tried again and the same thing happened. Went on the website to find out that they only do live chat so there is no one to speak to. Spoke to someone in live chat and they said there is nothing they can do I would need to reapply and guess what it's now more expensive. I would avoid these people at all cist

   Took out a policy on Feb/March and paid monthly. Changed my Direct Debit date and this caused me to have to make 2 payments in quick succession. I had 1 email, that I missed, requesting this double payment and then had my policy cancelled at midnight with only an email informing. Drove to work in an uninsured vehicle to get a text at 9am telling me I wasn’t insured. Followed up with their customer service to be told my only option is take out a new policy. Guess what….. it’s more expensive!!!! Avoid at all costs and pay more to deal with a company who care about their customers.

   Only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give 0. DO NOT get concert insurance through them! Show cancels and won't pay claim. Have been given the runaround since August. Managers won't get on phone with customers and customer service just give excuses. #AllianzInsurance #Fraud #Scam

   Rip off again, changing car policy address from Dublin to dundalk had to pay 120e extra for remaining 2 months of year. Are I serious ???? Never again !!!!!

   Allianz Insurance , My Friend has been waiting over a year for this company to own up to its responsability , She had a new Boiler installed in 2011 and the Plumber flooded the kitchen and caused a lot of damage . But they still have,nt got around to paying the clain and keep palming her of so they dont have to pay out , they have now draged this out for over a year , So wheres the justice and who,s to blame . When are they going to get there fingers out and do the right thing . yours giovanni . Any comments would be appreciated .
