A month ago my hot water cylinder burst in the night releasing gallons. That was repaired but NFU took the load off my shoulders, arranged for the rooms to be dried out and the subsequent repairs scheduled, all when our land lines were down as well and I was at my wits end. They could not have been more helpful.
