For years I have used this company, and even promoted it to other people, but got refused because; "Unfortunately, due to the Underwriters decision, we are not able to offer renewal terms this year and cover will cease from the renewal date." Turns this is wasn't true, and Phil, probably as I said he was borderline incompetent, decided to lie and make-up stories. Quite unfortunate, it's easy for those who don't actually produce anything to have a superiority complex.
We have just moved to trust after issues with our last insurance company. Daniel gave us a good deal on our Arb truck, we are really pleased with how easy it was to sort everything out. Will certainly recommend to fellow Arborists.
I have been with Trust insurance now for over 10 years and have always found Cameron and his team good to deal with. It's true what they say. You never known how good an insurance company is until you need them. Unfortunately we had an expensive chipper stolen but Trust have been amazing very efficienct and quick in helping us with our claim, meaning we can carry on with our business. Highly recommend!!
Insured with Trust Insurance now for 3rd year. Easy to get in touch with, specific Landscape policy at a better price than my previous insurance company with the same levels of protection. Feb 18 we were burgled at our works unit. Insurance settled within 4 weeks, previous insurer was 8 weeks... considering previous insurer had all details on day 2, and Trust did not get till day 8 I think this was a great service in comparison.
