   My daughter has been going to UC for a while now. She absolutely loves it. It has given her many opportunities. She has met loads of new people who have encouraged her to learn and get better . All of the teachers are very helpful especially Amanda, Sam and Libbie. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, fun and nurturing environment to learn to dance.

   UC Dance are a fantastic dance school for children of all ages. My daughter has danced with UC for over 4 years now and her confidence has grown through the nurturing approach that all staff members and student helpers take. She has had the opportunity to take part in many different styles of dancing and UC have given her a range of opportunities to perform and compete in a range of settings. UC Dance are not only a fabulous dance school but also a fabulous community to be a part of, she has made so many friends and it really is where she is at her happiest.

   I’ve been dancing there for over a year and I have loved every minute of it. The teachers have made me more confident in my dance ability and have made me more open to try new styles of dance. I joined with having a little to know with some areas of dance and have gained confidence in those areas. I recommend this dance school as it provides support and allows the students to feel like they belong there.

   My daughter has been dancing with UC Dance in Burton for three and a half years now (including on Zoom through all the lockdowns), she absolutely loves it! Her confidence has grown massively and has had opportunities to do so many exciting things. I never would have imagined she would have been able to dance alone on stage in front of an audience, let alone an adjudicator! The teachers, helpers and receptionists are all lovely, talented and incredibly supportive. She’s made some great friends! I’m so glad UC Dance is part of our lives! x

   My daughter has been dancing since she 2 and a half, 3 of these with UCDance. She has progressed so well that she was invited, and attended the IDTA Theatre Awards in Manchester in February of 2020 for ballet. She got the chance to dance in front of Wayne Sleep! She loves attending and also helps out with the younger ones on a Saturday. Last year she joined the Festival team and has loved every minute! She has enjoyed taking part in all the extra activities too. Like fundraising, parties, shows and trips to various theatres. She has performed at Sadlers Wells, Derby Theatre, Blackpool Winter Gardens and Liverpool M and S Bank Arena amongst others. So lots of opportunities for dancers. The staff are professional and committed to keeping standards high.
