Small print says covered for interuption by SARS virus - Covid is SARS but Coversure Huntingdon total refusal to pay for our losses because we were closed forcibly by the Govt due to pandemic....deceitful. Happy to take money from us but not happy to pay out like they promise. With another compnay now.
I came to Coversure after hearing good reviews, they found me the perfect liability policy I needed for my Photography business. It was quick and easy and I would definitely use them again, must cheaper than any quote I'd done myself online!
Bought Salon insurance via a recommendation from the National Hairdressers Federation. We had 2 policies for 2 businesses for 12 years and spent over £10k on premiums. We explicitly requested Compulsory Closure cover for ANY reason and were assured that would be the case. Fast forward to Covid19 and Coversure refuse to pay out for compulsory closure on either policy. Not only that, the level of customer service during the complaint process was so lacking we are now unable to pursue our complaint further through the financial ombudsman. Needless to say we are now with another company who treat us like valued customers. Avoid Coversure Huntingdon like the plague - There are many other providers of salon insurance who are equally affordable but HAVE paid out to their loyal customers.
