   Our daughter has been attending 3mx Childcare since she was 2 years old, and as she prepares to start school this September, we feel incredibly grateful for the care and guidance she has received under Sandy and Bobby’s leadership. From day one, 3mx has provided a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where our daughter has flourished. She arrives happy and leaves with a smile — a clear reflection of the nurturing atmosphere Sandy and Bobby have created. Communication with parents is a real strength at 3mx. We receive daily WhatsApp updates, photos, monthly newsletters, and detailed termly assessments. These consistent touchpoints have helped us stay informed about her learning, progress, and well-being. Parent meetings are thorough and supportive, giving us a clear understanding of her development and next steps. We have full confidence that our daughter is progressing well and is being well-prepared for school — both socially and academically. Her confidence, independence, and communication skills have all grown noticeably, and we credit Sandy and Bobby’s dedication for that progress. They have also been attentive and responsive to her medical needs, which has given us constant reassurance that her safety and health are a priority. Most importantly, we know that our daughter is learning in a secure, happy, and caring environment. She is known as an individual, supported in her unique needs, and encouraged to thrive. We believe 3mx Childcare, under Sandy and Bobby’s care, is an excellent early years setting, and we are genuinely thankful for the strong foundation they’ve given our daughter as she moves on to school.

   Our daughter attended 3MX and our son is there currently, Sandy & Bobby have looked after our children for around 3 years total and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. Communication is open and clear, we receive regular photographs and videos throughout the day and receive a daily report at the end of each day, all via a private WhatsApp group. We also receive a monthly newsletter, this highlights themes or important topics they have been learning about over the month and makes you aware of any holidays or public holidays coming up. Our daughter is shortly starting Year 2 at school and the termly assessments we receive from Sandy & Bobby are in more detail than we've ever received from the school. They really pay attention and know your child individually. After we receive the termly assessments we have a parents evening meeting to discuss how we can work together to ensure we are all on the same page. Our daughter was fully prepared and ready for school thanks to the guidance from Sandy & Bobby and our son (although currently only 2) I have no doubt will follow the same way. Our son is happy when we arrive each morning and beaming when we collect him each night. All the parents have become good friends and seeing the videos of the children together is really special. They are all happy and safe - what more could you ask for! I would recommend Sandy & Bobby to anyone!

   Our daughter started at 3mxchildcare just after her 1st birthday, and it was the first time she'd not been in our care. She quickly settled in and has loved going twice a week ever since. Throughout her 3.5 years there we have never had any issues or considered moving her anywhere else. She will be leaving later this month fully prepared for primary school with many fond memories and great friendships formed during her time there. Her confidence has grown during her time there and she is very much looking forward to starting school. Sandy and Bobby are an incredibly experienced, reliable and professional team and we have been so impressed with the education and level of care that our daughter has received. There is a mix of free play and a range of educational activities each day; everything is well-planned and resourced and pitched perfectly. Our daughter particularly enjoys all the arts and crafts they do there. She has also loved going out on excursions - whether it's in the car or a local walk to look at Christmas lights or spot ladybirds! They discuss the world around them; whether that's world events, nature, religious festivals or experiences the children have had. Everything is extremely well-organised and all admin is completed efficiently. The children are all taught how to interact kindly with each other, and good manners are key, especially at mealtimes! We have very much appreciated the regular communication; throughout the day we receive regular photo updates, at the end of the day we receive a prompt Whatsapp summarising what our daughter has done that day. Then there are the monthly newsletters including important dates for the year ahead, as well as useful links, resources and suggestions for parents. In addition, Sandy and Bobby provide a detailed written report each term including next steps, which we are invited to discuss via Zoom. We have done this yearly and found it a very useful and informative session. Finally, we would like to say a huge thank you. When our daughter started, we were new to the area and have no family nearby and it has been so reassuring to know that she is in such safe and capable hands every week.

   We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Sandy and Bobby when we did. For the past three years, they have been a constant source of love, support, and guidance not only for our son, but for us as a family too. Watching our son grow under their care has truly been a joy, he has thrived in every way and it's clear that so much of that is thanks to the nurturing, stimulating, and genuinely caring environment they've created. It honestly brings a tear to my eye thinking about how far he’s come with their help. Sandy and Bobby have gone above and beyond time and again. Their warmth, patience, and understanding have meant the world to us, and their dedication to our son's wellbeing and development has been unwavering. It’s rare to find people who care for your child as if they were their own, but that’s exactly what they’ve done. We will always be grateful for everything they’ve done for our son and for us. Thank you, Sandy and Bobby — you are truly one of a kind. Our son (and us!) will miss you a lot!

   I am so happy to have had my son with Sandy and Bobby. They were and remain an extension of our family. Even now, after he started school he is asking about the next time he visits them. They are professional, warm and kind with the kids. Lots of pics and videos through the day made us feel we are not missing important moments. Cooking at home, going to parks, soft plays, church, celebrating important moments in everyone’s culture, making the kids feeling special on their birthdays, painting, drawing, gardening, taking care of little animals (they had chicken and rabbits) We are a multicultural family. I am Romanian and my husband is Hungarian. Many times, they helped our son with different words in English showing him how they sound in our language as well. That’s how caring and loving they are…outstanding. Our son had no issue starting school, he accommodated really fast and we have positive feedback from school on his good behavior. This is a result of the teamwork we had with S&B in raising our kid I will be forever grateful for the great start in life our kid received. I’m only sad he needed to start school so early, I would have kept him at 3mx for couple of years more!

   My daughter love Sandy and Bobby. From the moment we met them, Sandy and Bobby put us at ease with their kind, trustworthy, professional manner. My daughter really enjoys her time and comes home with lots to talk about. She especially enjoy playing with other children in 3mx childcare. Sandy and Bobby plan activities for the kids, provide meals, and keeps us up to date throughout. We have had a lot of experience with childminders over the years and 3mx childcare is up there with the very best. They provide a large variety of activities and walks / outings, and have a lovely outside space too. We would gladly recommend 3mx childcare to anyone looking for child care.

   We hit the jackpot when we discovered 3mxchildcare. Two of my children have gone through them. I feel happy & calm when I am at work knowing my children are in a fun, stimulating and loving environment. They provide daily, monthly and daily videos of any special moments during the day which is great for working parents because you don't feel like you are missing out on any special moments.
