After coming up with a few issues, they were resolved very quickly, I would recommend this insurance company based on great price, industry care by checking qualifications and high level of customer service.
Very disappointing dealing with Liz. A colleague told me about them, unfortunately Liz asked me for documents (which I provided) that they never asked my colleague to provide. Liz was extremely slow and it seems to me that she had no clue how to deal with the information provided. I should have checked the Trustpilot before I wasted so much time with Liz. It took only 30 minutes to join my new insurer. I would not recommend Holistic Insurance to any other professionals.
I’ve been with Holistic since opening my Hypnotherapy business many years ago and recommend them on a regular basis to colleagues who are struggling to add other therapies to their current policy, or are not happy with price hikes in their insurance premiums. They are so easy to work with and supportive. Over the years I’ve added various therapies to my policy and never had to pay an additional fee. The website is easy to work and accessing my documents via the portal is incredibly easy. Response time is very quick and the lovely staff take their time to explain things. Whether you are just starting out or looking for a better deal, I highly recommend you contact Holistic. Membership of several different hypnotherapy organisations will also entitle you to a discount.
Holistic was rather excellent insurance service. I’ve been a member for quite a few years now. I retain my compliance file documents through them and CTHA, and it's all efficient. I've upped my Prof Liab cover limits and am fully insured for work on my new business challenges, so am very happy.
Excellent service as usual. I’ve not been a member for 3 years though my files were brought up straight away and within the week I was fully insured again. I first joined in 2014 It also very nice when the staff remembers you abs also has time to chat a little to make sure all your needs are catered for. Highly Recommended

Company easy to deal with and happy to add other therapies to existing cover, competitive pricing. So far everything I've added has been free of charge although some therapies do attract a higher premium.
