Had a very interesting chat with Mathew a few months ago. When the time was right, we went and met him for our documents to be notarised for Jamaica wedding. 20 mins later all done, very professional and all round good guy.
The worse service I got from Matthew Knight. Extremely rude and hung up the phone while I was talking and asking for my right for a service I paid. He didn’t take responsibility for what he say. I tried to call again and again to talk to him and he didn’t want to talk to me again and I already paid for a service to him. Worst service I have ever had in UK. Do not go to Matthew as he is not professional at all . Avoid any service to him
Wow, I must say this is the best notary service out there. Matthew is very very helpful. I normally would print at work but I am off work today and wanted to get it done. Mathew was kind enough to help me with the printing before I got there and within few minutes we were done. Matthew is very kind, polite and professional. I recommend this service 100 percent. You will not be disappointed. I am very much happy with Matthew Knight’ service.
Had a scheduled appointment at 3pm having arrived 10 minutes early, I was told " I was wasting his time" when I asked if he could use his office to print the documents I needed. very rude
Quality service and assist as best he could when things are delayed beyond his control. Matthew is probably one of the nicest notary/solicitor we have meet, professional and reasonable price I believe specially for helping us on the same days where we required a quick turnaround.
Initial contact was good but then when I told him what I was after I haven't got a response for 4 days and counting. He's probably to important to do the little jobs aye.
I could not speak higher of Matthew. Service is next next level. A great gentleman and excellent professional.
